No. 1 Baylor takes down Yale

Despite taking an early lead, Yale was unable to keep up with Brittney Griner, and top-ranked Baylor (5-0), losing 109-59.

Yale (2-2) freshman Sarah Halejian led the team with a career-high 13 points. Halejian also picked up two rebounds, two assists, and a steal in 22 minutes.

Zenab Keita and Sarah Halejian scored 13 points apiece for Yale. The Bulldogs led 15-11 after Alicia Seelaus and Halejian had consecutive 3-pointers in less than a minute with a layup by Griner in between.

Halejian previously set her career-high at Farleigh Dickinson with nine points. She then followed that up with five points at Marist.
