Ebrahimian chips in during SDSU victory

On Tuesday evening, San Diego State (1-1) celebrated its share of the 2011-12 Mountain West Conference championship with New Mexico with rings and a new banner.

Afterwards, the Aztecs (#25 AP) took down San Diego Christian, an NAIA school, 91-57. Narbeh Ebrahimian finished the game with two points. San Diego State won its 24th straight game vs. schools from the State of California.

“I liked the way we came out and played with high energy and pretty high I.Q. and, as important as anything, together. We did a good job of sharing the ball, giving it up to a guy when he was open and when you do that, everything looks good. So it was a nice win for us, a win that we expected.” -San Diego State Head Coach Steve Fisher.
