Halejian’s late effort not enough for Yale

Yale Sophomore guard Sarah Halejian scored 10 of her 12 points in the second half to lead the Bulldogs (0-2), but it was not enough. New Hampshire came away with the, 57-51, win over Yale.

“We have played two good teams and two really experienced teams, which is the biggest thing that stands out,” said Chris Gobrecht, Head Coach of Women’s Basketball. “We have not had a lot of offensive poise in either game. A lot of that is just trying to adapt to a lot of new personnel on the floor.” -YaleBulldogs.com

Yale returns home on to host the University of Houston at 7 p.m on November 17.
